Accessible. House wheelchairs are available during Nicholas Conservatory's open hours and can be checked out on a first-come, first-served basis. Strollers are not allowed in the butterfly house during the Secret Life of Butterflies exhibit.

ADA-compliant. Lobby restrooms have power doors. Family/gender-neutral restrooms are inside the Tropical Exhibition Area. Changing tables (men’s and women’s lobby restrooms)

Task-oriented service animals only. (Therapy, emotional support, comfort, companion animals do not qualify as service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act.)
